Thank you for taking part in our second round of consultation.

Our second round of public consultation ran from 12–27 March, where the local community had the opportunity to review the updated proposals for Ravensbourne Place, speak with the team, and share feedback. As part of our consultation, we hosted a webinar where Berkeley Homes presented the updated plans and answer questions on Thursday 19 March, 7:00–8:00pm. We are grateful to everyone who took part in our consultation and provided feedback. We carefully reviewed all the feedback we received, and an application has now been submitted.

Bromley Council will shortly be inviting comments on the application once it has been validated. You will be able to view and comment on our application here once the application has been validated.
