Our proposals

Thank you to everyone who took part in our first consultation. Since then, we have carefully considered your feedback and ideas, alongside input from Bromley’s planning officers through formal pre-application engagement, to help shape and refine our proposals. 

Our proposals for Ravensbourne Place are rooted in our placemaking approach, which aims to foster a sustainable and well-connected community — one that respects its surroundings, protects and enhances green spaces, and promotes active living.
